WeView is project management and employee-tracking software for organisations. This policy describes what data we collect, how we collect it, and how we use it.
1. Roles
For account, billing, and platform logs, SET is the controller. For project tasks, time, presence, and other workplace records your organisation stores in WeView, your organisation is typically the controller and we are a processor. Employees should also read their employer’s policies.
2. Data we collect
- Account: name, work email, role, organisation.
- Project data: tasks, assignees, status, comments, files you upload.
- Workplace / tracking data: time entries, allocation, check-in or presence signals the organisation enables, and related activity needed to show who is working on what.
- Device and usage: device type, OS, crash logs, diagnostics.
- Purchases: Apple or other billing partners; we receive subscription or seat status.
3. How we collect it
From you and from organisation admins; automatically from the device when features are enabled; from Apple for purchases.
4. How we use it
- To provide project management and tracking the organisation configured (contract with the organisation).
- To secure the platform and prevent abuse (legitimate interests).
- To support admins and members (contract / legitimate interests).
We do not sell workplace data. We do not use it for third-party advertising. Organisations must have a lawful basis (for example employment contract or legitimate interests) before enabling tracking features.
5. Sharing
Other members of your organisation see data according to permissions. Processors include hosting and email. We disclose to authorities if required by law.
6. Retention
Organisation data is kept for the life of the workspace plus any period the organisation instructs, subject to law. Individual account deletion does not always erase employer-owned records. See delete an account.
7. Your rights

8. Children
WeView is a workplace product, not for children.
