These terms govern our website and the apps InvoiceHelper, Knot, CastMe, and WeView. If you download an app from the Apple App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement also applies. If they conflict on a store rule, Apple’s terms win for that point.
1. Who we are

2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secret. You are responsible for activity on your account. Knot is for people 18 or over. WeView organisation admins are responsible for their members’ lawful use.
3. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the services: no illegal content, no harassment, no scraping that harms the service, no impersonation, no attempt to break security. Knot has additional community guidelines.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of invoices, scripts, profiles, and other content you create. You grant us a limited licence to host and display it solely to operate the product. You confirm you have the rights to that content.
5. Subscriptions and Apple
Paid features billed through Apple are managed in your Apple ID settings, including cancellation. We do not store your full card details.
6. Availability
We aim for a calm, working service. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation. Features may change.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under English law. Otherwise we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our aggregate liability in a year is limited to the fees you paid us for that product in that year (or £100 if you paid nothing).
8. Termination
You may stop using the apps and delete your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms or the law.
9. Law
English law. Courts of England and Wales. Mandatory consumer protections in your country still apply.
